The Big Room is the venue's signature event space — the full main floor with exposed beams, polished hardwood, and capacity for 200 guests. Receptions, fundraisers, performances, parties — when you need the building's largest single space, this is it.
Weekend rentals come in two packages: an afternoon block (8am–1pm) for daytime events, and an evening block (3pm–midnight) for receptions and gala-style nights. Loft is included with the rental as a bridal-suite / VIP area.
