For events that need every space — a flat-rate weekend rental of the entire building. Total capacity 300 across the main floor, the loft, the breakout rooms, and the side spaces.
Most clients use the Whole Building for full-day weddings (ceremony in the Big Room, cocktail hour on the Loft, signing room as the bridal suite, podcast room as a band green room) or for corporate retreats with simultaneous breakout tracks. $2,500 flat, no nickel-and-diming on add-on rooms.
Best for
Ceremony, cocktail hour, reception — all in the same building. Bridal suite, prep rooms, vendor staging all included.
Plenary in the Big Room, breakouts in the Meeting Room and Loft, recording booth for filming sessions.
Main reception in the Big Room, VIP donor area on the Loft, side rooms for staff and AV.

Pricing
All rates include the room, included items, and basic setup. Custom packages, catering coordination, and add-ons are quoted per event.
